Officials: R.I. girl who died had swine flu

(NECN: Ally Donnelly, Providence, R.I.) - Federal health officials believe more than 5.5 million Americans could have been infected with the H1N1 virus in the pandemic's first few months. In Rhode Island, officials confirmed a 12-year-old girl who died Monday had swine flu. Victoria Souza of Bristol had been named Little Miss Fourth of July for her hometown's popular parade.
