Officials Cut Ribbon On New Solar Mirror Plant

Cutting edge, green technology is taking place in Allegheny County; as KDKA's Paul Martino reports, officials cut the ribbon today at a new plant that will produce solar mirrors that use sunlight to generate electricity.
