Obama's historic White House visit

Nov. 10 - Monday's meeting with President Bush at the White House comes more than two months before Barack Obama takes office on January 20th of 2009.President Bush and President-elect Obama discussed the challenges that await Obama when he assumes office in January...including dealing with the war in Iraq, the faltering U.S. economy and the implematation of the $700 billion financial rescue package-- that was supported by Barack Obama.
