Oasis star ties the knot

Oasis singer Liam Gallagher has married former All Saints singer Nicole Appleton.The couple tied the knot in secret at London's Westminster Registry Office.Guests at the ceremony included Nicole's sister Natalie and her husband Liam Howlett from The Prodigy along with Gallagher and Nicole's son Gene and Lennon - the Oasis star's son to former wife Patsy Kensit.His brother Noel Gallagher was absent from the ceremony and remained in LA while the band put the finishing touches to their forthcoming album.This is the Oasis frontman's second marriage after he previously tied the knot with Kensit in 1997.The couple stayed together for three years before they split in 2000.© Independent Television News Limited 2008.
