Oakland BART Police Shoot Unarmed Oscar Grant

This video is NOT for the kiddies. It shows a BART police officer shooting an unarmed man in the back while other police officers stand around doing nothing. The victim's name is Oscar Grant. The officer's name is Johannes Mehserle. This is NOT the news footage, it is the raw footage from a witness' camera filmed on the scene and intentionally released into the public domain so that others can witness the truth of what happened.
