NYS Senate Forces Drastic Measures From Bloomberg

There is new fallout Tuesday morning from the continuing Albany impasse. Mayor Bloomberg is taking drastic measures, including a hiring freeze, because the Senate stalemate is hitting the city budget hard. CBS 2's Jay Dow is live.
