Nullcms, first factor webdev example

This is a ultra minimal CMS written while learning the basics of Factor (A modern stack based language). It consists of roughly 27 lines of noncondensed factor code, 14 lines of html template code and 19 lines of Javascript code. It is not a product just an learning experience so it's very limited.
