NTSB Issues Urgent Warning to Transit Agencies

The National Transportation Safety Board is urging U.S. Metro systems to check any signals like those used by Washington's Metro system. The warning comes after an investigation into last June's fatal Metro crash that killed nine people. (Sept. 22)
