The Munich-based Ifo economic research says it hasn't seen such a low reading since German reunification in 1990. Meanwhile the Macroeconomic Policy Institute warns the economy could contract by 1.8 percent unless the government agrees on new stimulus measures. Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
