Nintendo sues R4 Makers/Distributers

Nintendo, along with 54 other BIG companies are suing the makers and distributors of the R4 flashcard. Bad news! :( If you ask me, since the R4 is probably the biggest DS pirate device (seriously, my sister knows what they are) the other biggies (M3, DSTT, M3 Real and their clones) are probably soon to follow. Hopefully the court will rule in favor of the distributors/makers but with 54 huge companies backing an enormous company, the chances are slim. :(
