Nightly Protest, Tehran

Protests continue in the pitch dark after being suppressed (officially: subsided) on the streets. It was not as furious as last night. The news of the tragic death of another teenager (19 year old Sohrab Aarabi) whose mother was waiting for his release in front of the infamous Evin prison, made last night more emotional. Ironically his mother was a peace activist. Although officials let his family hold a funeral, controversies over the time and whereabouts of his death are still circulating. ...
