NGO: Hezbollah "targerted civilians"
According to the NGO Human Rights Watch, the Shia militant group Hezbollah "targeted or indiscriminately fired its rockets toward civilians" during the summer 2006 war with Israel. The Lebanese government and Hezbollah have condemned the report.
