Newcomers look forward to European tour

Four Kornerz are looking forward to more international recognition after meeting the Prime Minister of Slovakia.The soul band met the politician the last time they were on tour and now they've lined up dates in across Europe to promote their new album Soulectric.Deji said: "The Slovakian Prime Minister asked us to come back again. He said we are cool so hopefully we'll meet someone in government when we are in Poland as well."The four brothers have only been performing for three years, but they've already appeared with Joss Stone, Ms Dynamite and Corinne Bailey Rae.They have developed a taste for touring and Africa is next on their hit-list.Vidal added: "We intend to go to Nigeria at the end of the year and Kenya."© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
