New Palestinian security academy Jericho

Israeli intelligence officials have revealed an alleged plot to attack Israel's Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, by members of Fatah's security forces. The claim highlights an apparent lack of unity among the group - something the Palestinian Authority is trying to address in a newly created security academy.
