Nephew of Austrian who leaked Nazi secrets sues MI6 to get file opened

The nephew of an Austrian physicist whom he believes provided Britain with vital intelligence during World War Two is suing the Intelligence Services in a bid to have his file opened. It is thought that Paul Rosbaud, horrified by the Nazis, leaked information about the German war machine, but his MI6 file is still sealed. His nephew Dr Vincent Frank-Steiner will challenge the service at a hearing of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal to unlock Rosbaud's file so that his contribution can be recognised.
