
Aaron Hoffman, owner of Wogie's Bar & Grill in Manhattan, shows off his version of a Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak, chopped or sliced steak covered with anything from provolone to Cheez Whiz; perhaps topped with fried onions; and made complete on the perfect hoagie roll, is Philadelphia’s culinary contribution to the fast food world.
