My Panty collection - History of Lingerie Part 1

Part of my Panty collection - these are from the 1920's & 30's - all silk or satin - early Panties were also called Knickers / Scanties & had buttons at the sides - later elastic was used at the waist. Comments welcome. Lace & embroidery in all different configurations complimented the lingerie - ( also on Bras, Slips & garter belts ) Peach / Pink or White were the main colours. Teddies ( all in one ) were also popular.
