The mother of a man who died while trying to kick his drug habit wants children to learn from his fate.Ben Rogers grew up in a loving family in Alton, Staffordshire, but in his early teens he began drinking and experimenting with drugs.By the age of 21 he was taking heroin, and 13 years later he died in hospital while attempting to beat his addiction.In the months leading up to his death he filmed a video diary of his desperate attempts to come off the drug.Following a campaign by his mother Anne, the harrowing footage has been turned into a short DVD called Sick And Tired Of Feeling Sick And Tired.It will be sent out to schools across the country as part of an anti-drugs pack, in an attempt to warn children about the evils of addiction.
