Mitigate ESI risks without saving it all!
A 2006 survey by the National Archives and Records Administration which interviewed 28 members of the CIO council showed that 81% agreed or strongly agreed that their Records Management solution served as a risk mitigation tool. However, they also agreed that based on current technology, it was better to save vast amounts of electronic data than to create a destruction policy since it could not be automated and therefore created additional risk. What if you had a solution that resolved Records Management issues by enforcing retention policies as one aspect of its functionality, and incorporated it with Document Management and eDiscovery tools without involving the end user?
