Miss USA - Tara Conner Gets a 2nd Chance

Miss USA - Tara Conner, has been given a second chance to wear the crown. Many suspected that the 21-year-old would be dismissed from the position amidst rumors of her promiscuity, drug use and underage drinking. Still, Donald Trump, who owns the Miss USA pageant has decided to let Tara try to redeem her name.
