It's thirteen years since he was cleared of murdering Rachel Nickell but Colin Stagg says he's still treated like a pariah - and has never recovered from the prosecution. It has now emerged that he's to get compensation - reportedly up to a quarter of a million pounds from the Home Office. The murder of Rachel Nickell on Wimbledon Common shocked the nation - but the bungled police investigation - using a honeytrap - led to an innocent man spending time in jail - no resolution for Rachel's family - and now - it will cost tax payers even more in compensation.
