Millions Flock To New York City Halloween Parade

It's New York City's version of Mardi Gras, maybe even more outrageous: this year, Greenwich Village's Halloween parade conveniently fell on a Saturday, night, which helped boost attendance. CBS 2's Dave Carlin was there.
