Migrant centre draws island's ire SEP_11_2007

A difficult dilemma has arisen over African immigrants making their way to the Italian island of Lampedusa. In an effort to accommodate them humanely, authorities have built a new holding facility there. Al Jazeera's Karl Stagno-Navarra was given exclusive access to the centre, and found resentment to its building from among the island's residents.
