MIchael Jackson fans will have the chance to get closer to their idol from the end of next month when behind-the-scenes footage of the singer hits cinemas. The documentary "This is it" tells the story of the final months of Michael's life as he developed, created and rehearsed for his sold-out concerts which would have taken place at the O2 Arena in London. Chronicling the months from April until June of this year, the film is made up of the highlights from more than one hundred hours of rehearsal footage. It was directed by Kenny Ortega, who was both Michael's creative partner and the stage show's director, and has been produced with the full support of Michael Jackson's estate. The film will be on release in cinemas worldwide from October 28 for two weeks only. Tickets go on sale on Sunday September 27.
