Freestyle motorcyclists wow Mexican fans with daredevil stunts at the Red Bull X-fighters motorcycle competition. Mexico City's, bullring was at full capacity when 42,000 spectators flocked to the arena for the third annual X-treme motorcycle competition Friday (March 23). The world's most prestigious freestyle motocross event, the Red Bull X-Fighters, consisted of the crème de la crème of international freestyle motocross riders who showed off for the crowd of enthusiasts. The youthful riders performed 360 degree stunts and many other feats of daring do, making it seem as easy as riding a bike. The winner of Mexico's X-fighter this year was 20-year-old Dani Torres of Spain. "The most difficult thing is to not miss a stunt and to do it to the best of my ability," said Torres after the event. The first and second place winners were carried like triumphant gladiators around the ring upon the shoulders of other participants before the crowd who shouted their admiration.
