McMahon Sees Dollar's 'Orderly Decline' Through Year-End: Video

Martin McMahon, a currency strategist at Credit Suisse Group in Zurich, and Peter Dixon, global equities economist at Commerzbank AG in London, talk about the outlook for the dollar and U.S. Federal Reserve monetary policy. Interest-rate futures traded on the Chicago Board of Trade show an 86 percent chance the Fed will lower borrowing costs a quarter-percentage point to 4.5 percent on Oct. 31, up from 32 percent last week.
