Man Allegedly Shoots Teen For Shooting Fireworks

A St. Paul man is expected to face charges for shooting a teenager who was lighting fireworks. Police arrested 49-year-old Kerry Schmidt shortly after the shooting. The boy is recovering at Region's Hospital, Liz Collin reports (1:17).
