To form a unity government in Zimbabwe has taken months of negotiations between Robert Mugabe, the president, and Morgan Tsvangirai, the opposition leader. Hours before the new cabinet ministers are to be sworn, Tendai Biti, a member of the opposition who will become the new finance minister, talks to Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa about the challenges the government faces.
