Lonmin Sees Firmer Platinum Prices Ahead

Platinum prices could rise 2.5% next year, according to Lonmin, the world's third-largest producer of the metal. Lonmin reported a full-year loss Monday, but CEO Ian Farmer told CNBC the worst was behind the group.
