Latarian Milton with full script - 7 year old Hood Rat Stuff

Somebody please act this out and tape it, this is hilarious! Here is the script: "Latarian Milton is not your typical seven year old. Few his age has driven an SUV down several busy streets. It all started at his mother's town house. Latarian says he took the car keys and hopped into his Grandmother's Dodge Durango." - Ted White (Reporter) "When I came to the back door, I looked on the counter and my keys were gone." - Zikkita Stratford (Gramma) "I took my Grandma's car because they got mad at my Mom. Then I (slowly?) had my friend come in and he smokes with cigarettes." - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "He started his vehicle and then put it into gear." -- Ted White (Reporter) "I huh I yanked the, I yanked it. I yanked the um thing." - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "And off they went. Two seven year olds alone on the road. Latarian drove several miles through Lake Park in Palm beach garden." -- Ted White (Reporter) "We got the one call that I told you about where the driver in the vehicle looked too short to be able to see over the steering wheel." -- Ellen Lovejoy (Police Officer) "Along the way he ran over two mail boxes, hit two parked cars in a Costco parking lot and struck two moving cars near Wal-Mart." -- Ted White (Reporter) "I wanted to do it because it's fun. It's fun to do bad things and drive into a car." -- Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "But did you know you could perhaps kill somebody?" -- Ted White (Reporter) "Yes, but I wanted to do hood rat stuff with my friend." - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "It all ended on Investment Lane and Consumer Drive. That's where Latarian hit the curb and side swiped the sign. The SUV took most of the beating, snapping off one of it's axels and wheels. A Grandmother's rage." -- Ted White (Reporter) "I want to whip his behind! That's what I want to do right now and if I thought they wouldn't take me to jail, I'd whip his behind right now." -- Zikkita Stratford (Gramma) "You don't think you should punished for all of this?" -- Ted White (Reporter) "Just a little bit, no video games for the whole weekend." - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "And one unusual story for the Police." -- Ted White (Reporter) "Are you sorry? You understand that now your Grandma is going to have to pay to get those cars fixed." -- Random Police Officer "Yeah" - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "Because you hit those cars." -- Random Police Officer "Can my mom help her?" - Latarian Milton (Fat Kid) "The grandmother has custody of the boy. Palm Beach Gardens Police say that they do plan to move forward with charges of Grand Theft against the seven year old. He's obviously too young to go into any type of juvenile facility but police say they do want to get him into the system so they can get him some type of help. In Palm Beach Gardens I'm Ted White.
