La. Couple Hoping for Neighbors

After getting hit by Hurricane Ike last year and Rita four years ago, the La. town of Holly Beach remains mired in a post-storm slump, with its population dwindling from 500 to about 20, but one couple is staying put and hoping for a turn around. (Oct. 1)
