Kim Jong Il marks father's death
North Korea's leader, President Kim Jong-il, has attended a televised ceremony to mark the anniversary of his father's death.He is reputed to have suffered a stroke last year, and looked frail in the footage.His father, Kim Il-sung, was the founder of North Korea, and died 15 years ago.Hundreds of military officers and government officials also attended the event at the Mansudae Assembly Hall, Pyongyang.
