Kanye West to headline Wireless festival
Kanye West is to headline this year's Wireless festival joining some of music's biggest names. The two-day event in London's Hyde Park last year saw Jay-Z and Fatboy Slim perform. This year, rap superstar West will perform alongside Basement Jaxx, Dizzee Rascal, The Streets and Paul Oakenfold. Organisers said the Gold Digger star, who is set to play Sunday, "will make this show undoubtedly one of the finest performances seen in Hyde Park". Brit award winner West has collaborated with artists such as Estelle, Lil Wayne and Alicia Keys. Last week the star was charged with assault, theft and vandalism following an airport fracas with a photographer.
