Kabul bomber targets German car

No Germany embassy staff were hurt. The driver and sole occupant of the diplomatic vehicle escaped injury. The attack is being blamed on the Taliban. Violence has jumped sharply this year in Afghanistan where the resurgent Taliban have extended the scope and size of their attacks.
