Jordan claims top mum crown

Glamour model Jordan has been crowned Celebrity Mum of the Year beating off the likes of Jade Goody, Kate Moss and Heather Mills McCartney.Jordan - real name Katie Price - was chosen by the public in the poll commissioned by mail order catalogue, Grattan.The mother to Harvey, four, and two-year-old Junior said: "I'm so pleased to receive this award. Harvey and Junior will be so proud of their mummy."Bringing up Harvey has been tough for the 28-year-old model. He was born partially blind, has a growth disorder and on New Year's Eve he was rushed to hospital with burns after an accident in the bath.He is Jordan's son by footballer Dwight Yorke. Jordan went on to have son Junior with pop star husband Peter Andre.This Morning host Fern Britton came second in the vote, followed by Victoria Beckham and Jade Goody - who was fourth despite the Celebrity Big Brother race row.Previous winners include Sharon Osbourne and Kerry Katona.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
