Jimena Downgraded to a Tropical Storm

Jimena is no longer a hurricane. The storm is now a tropical storm, bringing torrential rains to Northwest Mexico. The storm is not expected to bring rain to Southern California, currently being ravaged by wildfires. (Sept. 3)
