Jeter, A-Rod, and Posada Make Greatest Defensive Play of the Series; Yankees Sweep Twins

With the tying run on second Derek Jeter made a heads-up throw to Jorge Posada as Nick Punto rounded third, who then fired to 3B Alex Rodriguez to nab a retreating Punto. The Yankees finished off Minnesota 4-1 as they swept the ALDS. They will face the Angels in the ALCS starting Friday.
