Jedward survive another week on X Factor
Twins John and Edward Grimes have survived yet another week on X Factor after they sang and rapped a version of Under Pressure, mixed with Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby, a song which samples the Queen song's bassline. The show attracted its biggest audience for a Saturday night in the series so far, figures showed. ITV said a peak audience of 14.1 million, a 53 per cent share of TV viewers, watched the performances. Meanwhile, in the bottom two this week were Jamie Archer and Lloyd Daniels. They had to sing for the judges to save their place in the competition. Simon Cowell chose to keep his act Jamie in, Cheryl Cole sent him home, Louis Walsh saved Lloyd, and Dannii Minogue chose to save Jamie, taking it to deadlock once again. The act that received the fewest votes from the public and therefore sent home was Jamie, ending his X Factor dream.
