Recently a two days Namaste India festival was held in Tokyo the heart of Japan by India Centre Foundation (ICF). Thousand of Japanese and Indians living in Japan were present at the festival at famous Yogi-Koyan Park. In this event the exciting point was Indian Center. The entrance of Indian Centre was designed as India Gate. According to Mr.Vibhav kanth of India Centre, the intention behind this event to give boost to the tourism and employment in both Indian and Japan. He said, Indian should not be known for only Taj Mahal in Japan, it should be known for its diverse culture, tradition and other qualities. In Japan people even know Shah Rukh Khan and there is a huge demand for his movies and even they appreciate Indians for the IT knowledge. Now Japanese are giving more importance to Indians and this is what we wish. Brandsmit’s Rahul Mittra said that we tried to give different flavors in this two days festival like Folk Dance, Bollywood Performances, Different Indian Food, Yoga and I hope Japanese and Indians like the way this was presented. Rahul Mittra is the man who arranged the dancers, models and media etc. Baba Ram Dev was surprised to see that no one in Japanese is fat. And he said in India and Europe the main aim of Yoga is to reduce weight but in Japan yoga is required for stress and in this whole world there is no medicine for stress. For this stress Baba Ram Dev taught many yoga Ashans to them such as Kapal Bhati, Pranayam and Dhyan etc. Indian Centre Foundation’s Chairman Vibhavkant Upadhyai said, Baba Ram Dev has come here on special request. After completing the camp, Japanese asked many remedies for the problems related to there health. Japan Electronic media and Print media were also interested in Baba Ram Dev’s Yoga and they have given very good coverage.
