Jackson's Ex-Wife Says He Didn't Keep Deal

Jackson's ex-wife is being quoted as saying he didn't keep his end of their deal and now she wants the kids. She now seems ready to assert her maternal rights for two of the singer's three children, this coming as new video surfaces.
