Italy's castle turned cashmere factory

An Italian entrepreneur has transformed a castle and outbuildings in the medieval village of Solomeo into a cashmere factory which has proved a hit with local employees.Brunello Cucinello's factory runs along less traditional lines, there is no clock watching, and he says the well-being of workers is just as important as profits.Wendy Urquhart reports.
