As a gesture to the PA to bolster peace talks, Israel agreed to lift a key West Bank roadblock outside of Nablus on Monday afternoon. Earlier in the day, Middle East envoy Tony Blair met with Defense Minister Ehud Barak and presented him with a list of travel and trade restrictions he asked to be lifted in order to boost the Palestinian economy.04/28/08
