Israel's Olmert bids farewell

Israeli President Shimon Peres officially opened Israel's 18th Knesset, parliament session. The ceremony came as Prime Minister Designate Benjamin Netanyahu held talks with party leaders to form a broad coalition. Peres named Netanyahu last week after an inconclusive election earalier in February.
