(NECN: Tampa, FL) - There was a foot-in-mouth moment at Joe Biden's morning rally in Tampa, Florida when Jim Pacillo, a recently laid-off bank worker, inadvertently introduced Biden this way: "Please help me today in welcoming the next vice president of the United States, John McCain." The crowd cheered and the music started on cue. He didn't correct his statement and Biden had no reaction. Pacillo earlier explained he was a Republican who now supports Barack Obama.
