Investigation into flats fire

Harriet Harman has said there will be have to be a full investigation into what caused the fire in a South London block of flats, which killed six people on Friday night.Eyewitnesses say the poor design of the block of flats prevented many of its residents from escaping from the 11th floor.Jane Bennett-Powell reports.
