Inflation Expected to Return to Target

Ahead of the Bank of England's inflation report Wednesday, economists widely expect the central bank to say inflation will return to the BoE's 2% target over the next couple of years. Philip Shaw from Investec told CNBC the reason for the UK being in recession is due to the credit crisis in Western countries.
