At the start of the bottom of the 10th the Cleveland Indians were down to last year's AL Champions 10-0 and it looked they were headed for an easy win over the worst team in the AL. But then Indians first baseman Ryan Garko hit a 2 run HR in the bottom of the 4th to spark a huge rally that ended with Victor Martinez squashing his 0-for-18 hitting slump with a 2 run single that sealed the 11-10 comeback win. It's the first time a team overcame a 10-run deficit to win in 9 innings since July '94.
