Improving Health To Bring Down Costs

The U.S. spends nearly $2.5 trillion dollars on health care each year. Companies foot a large portion of that bill. With the economy in trouble, many companies are looking to make drastic cuts. CBS 2's Elizabeth Sanchez reports.
