im not a partner i'll show you how to make a banner instructions: 1.goto anybody elses channel who has a banner, right click and click "save picture" or something like that. 2.goto any photo editing studio (I.E. windows paint) and draw what ever you want on the lower half of the writing area. 3. host your image on any photo hosting site (i.e. http://www.photobucket.com/)and host your image. 4. copy the url address of the photo. 5. Last goto youtube click your channel and then click edit channel next you should see a tab that says channel design click that put the url address that you copied into the line that says "background url address" or something like that. Now click update channel at the bottom of the page. Now you can have your own snazzy banner just like the partners
