Ichiro The Hero As Japan Wins World Baseball Classic, 5-3

You don't pitch to Ichiro with the game on the line and a base open. You just don't. South Korea played with fire and got burned with Ichiro's 2-run single in the 10th inning as Japan knocked off arch-rival South Korea 5-3 in the 10 inning classic. Japan has now won both of the World Baseball Classic tournaments. Boston's Daisuke Matsuzaka (3-0) has now both of the World Baseball Classic MVP awards.
